Hey everyone!

 I'm Kay Storm founder of #SurvivingTheStorm.

None of us knows what our future holds and the Covid-19 pandemic proved life can change at any moment.

 Amongst other things that is why I decided to create this blog.

This space is where mental health discussions are open and non-judgemental. Survivors who want to share insight on their personal battles may share their truth.

I'm experienced in mental health first aid and advocacy, I offer free peer support to those in need.
